People often wonder if there’s Yardi certification for Breeze and Breeze Premier. The truth is that these platforms are designed such that you don’t require special training or certification to use them.
Between the Help Center, unlimited chat support, live trainings and free virtual events, there are many free ways to become a proficient Breeze user in no time.
Plus, experienced property managers know how easy Breeze and Breeze Premier are compared to other platforms on the market. If they’re hiring for a position that requires use of our tech, they’ll be able to get new team members trained up with minimal effort on their part.
No Yardi certification is required to be good at your job!
1. Extra support from day one
Whether you’re upgrading from another Yardi product, another property management system altogether, or implementing property management software for the first time, the process is now simpler than ever. A sales associate will first help you:
- Explore software options
- Select the best plan for your business
- Organize the users, roles, reports and data necessary for the conversion
- Schedule a service kickoff and data validation call with your dedicated account manager
Switching to Breeze or Breeze Premier takes a few weeks, not months. Your account manager will work closely with you for the first six weeks to ensure a smooth transition. And data conversion, implementation and go live training is free. Kickoff, data validation and go live preparation are the focus during the first two weeks, followed by four weeks of training to take you through an entire month’s cycle.
2. Built-in Help Center
The Help Center built right into Breeze and Breeze Premier is your go-to resource for almost everything you need to know about the software. Whether you’re curious about online payments, maintenance requests, accounting procedures or anything else your property management software is capable of, the answers are just a few clicks away. As you navigate through the Help Center, articles related to the page you are looking at will automatically populate in the search tool. Each category in the Help Center presents a list of frequently asked questions to guide you. Some topics even come with instructional videos, offering a visual guide to assist you. Our dedicated training team is consistently updating the Help Center with fresh content.
How it works
If you’re unsure where to find specific information, our advanced search tool is here to help. Just type a keyword or two into the search field at the top of the Help Center pop-up. This tool can comb through article titles or even the entire content to pinpoint the exact term you’re seeking.
Anything you’d like to see in Breeze that’s not currently there? A feature you like that could be better with a small tweak? Are you just super happy and want to let us know? If you have thoughts, the feedback form is in the same dropdown as the Help Center. We are known to make changes based on client feedback, so never hesitate to let us know what’s on your mind!
3. Live chat & email support
There might be times when you have a unique question or can’t find a specific answer. In such cases, our live chat support is at your service. Just click the green chat button at the bottom-right of your screen in Breeze or Breeze Premier to connect with a real Breeze support person. You have unlimited access to Breeze and Breeze Premier experts during business hours. Our support staff is here to help you with any questions you might have, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT. And if it’s after hours, simply click the same button to send an email. Our support team will respond as soon as they’re back.
4. Free webinars for everyone
Whether or not you’re a Breeze user, we have free webinars to introduce you to the software. If you’re already familiar with the basics, we also have sessions that will guide you through more advanced procedures. All webinars are on demand, so simply sign up and watch when you’re ready.
And once you’re a Yardi Breeze user, you can join dozens of live training classes every month designed to help you succeed. These online training webinars are completely free, and you can sign up for as many as you want. We periodically update the sessions, so you never know what’s next!

REfresh is our annual virtual user conference and is free to join for all North American Breeze and Breeze Premier clients. It’s an extremely popular event that delves into every corner, add-on and capability of our property management tech. We generally hold this event in the spring. All sessions are made available in the Help Center after the conference.
IRO Summit is a free online event presented by NAA and Yardi Breeze. It’s tailor-made just for independent rental owners. We have multiple speakers and sessions that help you stay informed and competitive in the modern housing market.
