If you use Yardi Breeze to manage your properties, you already know how refreshingly simple it is. With an intuitive user dashboard and fully mobile capabilities, you can work from anywhere. But no matter how simple the software, questions are still bound to come up.

When you first log in, a self-guided tour shows you around the program to help you get going quickly. Then if you need more information while you work, you can find helpful tips and videos in our new and improved Help Center. Finally, if you still can’t find the answer you need, live support is just a click away!
Take the tour
New Breeze users will be greeted with an introductory video and self-guided tour immediately after logging in. It shows you how your dashboard is organized and how to set up new owners and users. Worried that once isn’t enough? We don’t expect you to remember everything off the bat! You can revisit the tour at any time by clicking Tour in the dropdown Help menu at the top right of your screen.
Check out the Help Center
Our new and improved Help Center is where you’ll go to find the answer to almost every question you have about Breeze. It’s easy to navigate because it’s arranged by topic. Want to learn more about online payments, maintenance requests or accounting? Answers are just a click away.
When you click any category in the Help Center, you’ll see a list of questions that will help you find the information you need to know. “How do I print checks?” and “How do I post late fees?” are two examples.
Some help topics also have videos that show you exactly what to do, every step of the way. Our awesome training team is working hard to add even more videos because we know that watching a video can be easier than reading when you’re multitasking.
If you’re not sure which topic your question falls under, try typing a keyword or two into the Search field at the top of the Help Center pop-up. Our advanced search tool can search just the titles of help articles or even the whole article to find exactly the term you’re looking for.
Live chat & email support
Sometimes you have a question that no one’s thought of yet. Or you just can’t find the answer that fits your unique scenario. When that happens, don’t panic! With Breeze, you don’t have to call a support number and wait to hear back. Instead, you can get the information you need quickly – in seconds usually – via live chat.
Just click the green Chat with us button at the bottom right of your screen to be connected to a real, live Breeze support person (you might even get to chat with any of these great people in support).
If it’s after hours and our support team has gone home for the night, click the button to send an email instead and you will get an answer just as soon as they’re back.
